Privacy Policy

Rizer ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Smart Productivity Planner.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

Account Data: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account (via Supabase Auth).
Task Data: Tasks, goals, and productivity data you create within the app. This is stored in your browser's local storage.
Payment Data: When you make a payment, Razorpay (our payment partner) processes your payment details. We only store the transaction ID and amount — never your card details.
Google Calendar Data: If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events scope only to create, update, and delete events that you initiate within Rizer. We do not read or access any other calendar data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Rizer productivity planner service
To manage your account and subscription
To sync tasks with Google Calendar (only if you grant permission)
To process payments via Razorpay
To communicate with you about your account

3. Data Storage

Your task data is stored locally in your browser. Account and subscription data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Rizer uses the Google Calendar API to optionally sync your tasks. This integration:

Only activates when you explicitly grant permission
Only creates/updates/deletes events you initiate in Rizer
Does not access your other calendar events
Does not store your Google credentials on any server
Can be disconnected at any time from Settings

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your credit/debit card information. For more information, see Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth with bcrypt password hashing), and Row Level Security on our database.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time
You can request your data by contacting us
