By using Rizer ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

To use Rizer, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Paid Access

Rizer is a paid service. After creating an account, you must subscribe to one of our plans to access the application features.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan (₹1/month): Provides full access for one month from the date of payment. Renews manually.
Lifetime Plan (₹2) : Provides permanent access to all current and future features.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 7 days; lifetime purchases within 14 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass the payment system
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share your account with multiple users

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create within Rizer (tasks, goals, notes). We claim no ownership over your content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar integration is optional. By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize Rizer to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rizer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rizer after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
